Scans, models & bite records
Complete upper and lower records and the required bite relationship. Confirm formats with the technical team.
Design prescription
Selected appliance, component requirements, arch and occlusal objectives, and any special instructions.
Arrange an agreed case-transfer channel with our team and obtain the necessary patient or guardian authorisation. Imaging is selected by the clinician when clinically indicated; it is not a routine requirement merely to place a manufacturing order.
