Design & structure

Buccal shields, lip bumpers, guiding grooves, a tongue guide and upper and lower labial ridges combine perioral muscle function features with dental guidance.

Clinical use & follow-up

For functional or dentoalveolar anterior crossbite and selected mild Class III malocclusions, following clinical assessment. Marked skeletal mandibular prognathism, severe skeletal Class III, or inability to move the mandible back to an edge-to-edge incisor position requires further specialist assessment.
